TERMS OF SALE

1. Company

2. Products
NOVEA formulates and sells dermo-cosmetic skincare. Products of the MESONOVEA professional line (Regen, Capillaris, RF, S1, S2) are reserved to certified practitioners and must be used according to professional sterile protocols.

3. Prices
Prices are displayed in USD. Applicable taxes and import duties of the destination country remain the customer’s responsibility.

4. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Stripe (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay), PayPal or bank transfer. No card data is stored on our servers.

5. Shipping
Orders are prepared within 1-2 business days. Delivery: 3-5 days (South Korea), 7-14 days (international). Free shipping from $100 (KR) / $150 (international).

6. Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return unopened, sealed products for a full refund (return shipping at customer’s expense). Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except in case of defect.

7. Liability
NOVEA is not liable for misuse of professional products or for individual allergic reactions. Always perform a patch test 48h before first use.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
